The self-extinguishing Marchald Filters Air filters are made entirely by hand in Italy, by a company with over 40 years of industry experience, using only the finest quality European raw materials, certified self-extinguishing in class II. The continuous development of the product in any type of competition, has allowed Marchald Filters to create a 2 layers of sponge filter with porosity calibrated with unique characteristics, marked by three special technical solutions that place it at the highest level of efficiency, performance and safety , thus differentiating it from any other air present in the filter market. • Each filter is made by assembling only 2 parts of sponge (cap and seal), instead of 3, to decrease the filter surface pasted to the benefit of a greater available filter area; • The bonding of the 2 parts occurs vertically, instead of horizontally, to obtain a greater structural rigidity of the manufactured article adapted to counteract more effectively the lung effect and the collapse in the event of strong clogging; • The outer side of the sponge, presents marked vertical grooves on a part of its thickness to determine a greater area of ??impact of the powder, which is then conveyed to and discharged from the grooves towards the bottom of the filter case.
