PRICES
The prices ot the website MXPOSITIVO.com are in Euro (€) currency and are intended for a single product fi not indicated in other way. All these articles are VAT included.
The prices do not include the shipping and wrapping costs. (If not previusly dealed with the seller).

SHIPMENT
The shipment of the goods are made by SDA, BARTOLINI or GLS express. The handling and freight, depends on the size of the products and the country of destination. (It is about 18,00 € for EU countries VAT included max weight 2.9 kg).
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
Purchases online and in all other contracts concluded at distance include the right of withdrawal for the consumer. The consumer may cancel the order within seven working days after delivery of goods..
Within seven days, the consumer can terminate the contract without giving any reason and without payment of penalties.
The withdrawal must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods to the supplier MXPOSITVO by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, by fax to +39 0522/950376 or by email at info@mxpositivo.com.
If the withdrawal is communicated by fax, it must be confirmed within 48 hours after the fax letter. The return of the goods does not automatically lead to a valid right to cancel the contract.
The shipping costs are always paid by the customer. MXPOSITIVO accepted the return will refund the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation (the handling of the returns may include a fee).
The withdrawal right is not valid if the material is tampered or in any case degraded from its original packaging,
We DO NOT accept returns if the customer choose the wrong year or model.

The right of withdrawal is excluded by law in the following cases:
A) for the purchase or sale of objects or products specially created personally for the consumer
B) For perishable goods or that change quickly
C) For sealed products that have been opened by the consumer
Who can apply
The right of withdrawal does not cover every buyer. The first limitation is its application only to consumers. Despite past attempts to interpret extended this deadline, it is well established that this term can only identify the natural person acting outside of his profession. The Civil Code, in fact, describes it this way: "the consumer is the person who is acting for purposes not related to business or profession" (art. 1469a). INVOICES
Claims or disputes on invoices will be accepted if they are received in MXPOSITIVO by letter, fax or email within eight days of receipt of the invoice.
RETURNS
The following provisions on Returns will be applied in two different cases:

ALL products sold on MXPOSITIVO.com website are intended only for racing usage. These products are NOT covered by any warranty by law. The only warranty on these products is the high quality level of production assured by the manufacturers.
